Secondly, improving the pre-treatment process and pre-treatment solution with fewer equipment and lower costs has become the mainstream technology, continuously improving the stability, corrosion resistance, and environmental performance of the pre-treatment solution.  

Thirdly, focus on the development of new coatings, improving general polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and plastic sol to achieve super color reproducibility, UV resistance, sulfur dioxide resistance, and improved corrosion resistance; Develop functional coatings that are resistant to pollution and absorb heat.

Fourthly, the equipment of the unit is more complete. If new welding machines, new roller coating machines, improved curing furnaces, and advanced automation instruments are used.  

Fifth, due to its low cost, aesthetic appeal, three-dimensional effect, and high strength compared to hot embossing, cold embossing production technology has become a development trend.  

Sixth, color steel plates focus on product diversification, functionalization, and high-end, such as deep drawn color coated plates, "grapefruit peel" color coated plates, anti-static color coated plates, pollution resistant color coated plates, high heat absorbing color coated plates, etc.
